Terms of use

Last changed on 9 October 2026

In short: what you put in _line is yours. You may use _line for anything lawful, and you are responsible for what you and your agents do with it. _line is new: we work hard to keep it running and your maps safe, but we cannot promise it never fails, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.

Who you agree with

_line (you say it “underline”) is run by Baruchi Har-Lev (“we”, “us”), in Israel. By creating an account or using _line, you agree to these terms. If you use _line for an organisation, you agree to them for that organisation too. Questions: support@thinkunderline.com.

Your account

What you put in _line is yours

You keep all rights to your maps and everything you add to them. You give us permission to store, copy and show them only as needed to run _line: to show them to you, to the people you share them with, to the agents you connect, and to anyone with a public link you made. When you delete something you own, this permission ends: we remove it, and the copies in our backups are gone within 30 days after that. What you add to a project someone else owns becomes part of that map's history and stays with it, for the people who share that project.

Only put in _line what you have the right to put there, and only share it with people who may see it. A public link lets anyone who has it read that map.

Using _line well

Please do not use _line to:

If an account breaks these rules, we may pause or close it, and where we can, we tell its owner first and why.

Plans and limits

_line is free to start. The free plan includes up to 20 living maps, as many changes as you like, the last 30 days of each map's history, and sharing your maps with people who can read them (invited by email, or with a public link). Your Account page shows how much you are using. We may change the free plan's limits; if a change means you would lose access to something you have, we tell you first and give you time to keep a copy. Paid plans will have their own prices and terms, shown before you pay.

Changes to _line

_line is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever stop running _line, we tell you at least 30 days before, so you can take a copy of your maps.

No guarantees

We provide _line as it is, and do our best to keep it available and your maps safe. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be free of mistakes, or suit a particular purpose. What agents write on maps may be wrong: _line shows how each statement is known, but checking what matters is up to you.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You can stop using _line at any time, and delete your account yourself from your Account page (or ask us to), as described in the privacy statement. These terms still apply to what happened before.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email before it applies. Using _line after that means you accept the new terms.
